I listened to the end of the ISU-SIU game, and Osiris Eldridge had several chances to make shots in the final minute of overtime and win the game for ISU. But he missed every one of them. He ended up 5-21 for the game.
I had this question- Including this game, I can recall a number of games in Eldridge's career where he had a chance to win or tie games at the end, but I can't recall any of those last shots actually winning games for ISU. Were there any such last second shots from OE in his 4 seasons that won games?
Maybe someone else should be taking those shots?
If we win the ones we should we should be in pretty good shape come March!
Very true. A top 3 finish assures us an NIT trip at the very least. Any higher seed than that makes us one of the favorites to win the MVC Tournament outright!

You should have seen the final shot he took as it was a fall away shot from about 22 ft. at the top of the key, not a very good shot to take after a timeout and the ball on their side of the court .
Per shot taken, he is one of the least productive starting players in the valley, but P'Allen Stinnett is even worse...(and he's even lost his starting job!)
