Been down in the dumps (yes I take my Bradley Braves WAY to seriously ) for the past few weeks since BU was going no where fast.

I must say the last few games have got me, well, GEEEKED up again. I'm REALLY looking forward to the game for the first time in awhile and now, EXPECT to win. I think the players do too which is paramount.

Thats why I HOPE we can generate a GREAT crowd for Saturday. I also hope no fans are waiting for CU and staying home for UE. We need Saturday to make Weds game even MORE importaint.

The fans HAVE to come "ready to play" and show these guys we appreciate what we have seen these last few games. For those that boooed you owe em a bigger cheer tommorrow.

I think everyone agrees that we all expected a lot more at the start and most were disappointed because how much we want BU to win so badly, now that they are playing so good they deserve a huge crowd and all of our support, for the ones that booed you need an attitude adjustment .

I'm pumped too! I'm coming down to the game tomorrow, I just bought tickets earlier today and all that are left is some pretty far back lower bowl seats that of what the ticket office said, so if most show up it will be a good crowd I think. Go Braves!!

You know where the Illinois Valley is? Bout an hour and 15 minutes north of Peoria. Sad being a Braves fan here though, cause some people who actually follow sports a lot don't even know that Bradley is D1. All everyone knows here is the Illini and the major conference schools. Leagues like the MVC get no respect even where I live not that far away, sometimes it bugs me how even regular sports fans can be ignorant to how good a lot of teams histories and traditions are in college basketball outside the 6 major conferences. I have been telling everybody for years about Bradley and the MVC though, so hopefully knowledge is improving in this area!

Starting to clear up today so have 4 rounds scheduled for next week already to make up for last week. An ISU fan I met out here last year and lives in our park had a hole in one last Wednesday. Great guy.

The game Wednesday is big for separating from the bottom half. A win Wednesday and we're really positioning ourselves well for a top 3 finish. Beating Dana has been JL's toughest task throughout his tenure. No better time than the present to change that trend.
