Who do you wish could stay for an extra year?

SM is getting more open looks this year then last and I'd say it is because of AW and TB getting a ton of attention when they touch the ball. It is to SM's credit that he is doing something positive when he has the chance. There is nothing wrong with that. Do you think Steve Ker did not get a bit more open shots because Jordan had the ball. The good thing is that teams will have to chose between who they are going to guard and trust me AW will have his chance again when teams again concentrate on SM. I like all the players and would enjoy extended stays by all.... but I voted for "Other and Explain". So I am explaining - I am hoping for a "wild card" player that has already verbally committed to Bradley to stay longer (if he ever can get cleared to play hoops and eventually play for BU).

I voted for Will as I think he is a difference maker for us and look forward to seeing him play and improve over the next couple of years.Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final
???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

Will Egolf
My vote went to WE because he seems to be developing into a good 4 or 5 player, a position which is much more difficult to fill in the MVC than a 1 or a 2
If WE continues to improve, another year from him could make us a dominant team in the valley

I'm wondering why more people aren't voting for TB. I thought he'd be in the running. He's younger than all of those guys and is still playing equal or if not better than them...except for the last couple of games. His ceiling is much larger than anyone on the team and if he had an extra year this season would be the equivalent to his freshmen year. Imagine a freshmen playing at the level TB is with 3 more years of eligibility...how can you say no to that?

About the only way that comparison works is if you compare 'athleticism'... measuring intangibles, SM is far closer to MJ than AW. I would have no problem saying SM was scoring because AW was on the floor if it was true. But its simply not. Teams aren't double teaming Andrew. They're playing straight up on him. I guess you could argue Sam is being covered by the pg, but I think that would be the case if anybody were in. If Sam were playing alongside John Wall or the likes I could understand your arguement, but Sam has been far more consistent over the year than either player you're saying takes pressure away from him, and he hasn't been outclassed by either. Since he's recovered from injury he's played as good or better than either of them...
