Does this guy not even notice what's happened recently??
Does he know that Missouri State has lost 4 of their last 6 Valley games including a couple drubbings, and barely escaped at home with an OT win over the team he has ranked 6th?

and does he know that ISU has won on the road only ONCE in the Valley - and that was at winless Evansville?

Another writer (WCF Courier) weighs in :

Sports writer Kelly Beaton ranks the Valley, one through 10:

            1. Northern Iowa (16-2, 7-1 MVC; 18 RPI)
            - The Panthers have shot just 26.3 percent on 3-pointers in their last five games.

            2. Wichita State (17-3, 6-2 MVC; 45 RPI)
            - Four of the Shockers' next six games are on the road.

            3. Illinois State (14-5, 5-3 MVC; 121 RPI)
            - Has there ever been a more schizophrenic, up-and-down scorer than Osiris Eldridge?

            4. Creighton (9-10, 4-4 MVC; 125 RPI)
            - Don't count Creighton out yet, especially if they start shooting better than 32 percent on 3s.

            5. Southern Illinois (10-7, 3-5 MVC; 154 RPI)
            - The Salukis are starting to distribute the ball better (14.9 assists per game) and gel.

            6. Missouri State (14-5, 4-4 MVC; 63 RPI)
            - Coach Cuonzo Martin has lamented the Bears' poor shot selection of late.

            7. Indiana State (11-8, 3-5 MVC; 86 RPI)
            - Sunday's home game with UNI could be a season-saver for the Sycamores.

            8. Drake (9-11, 4-4 MVC; 206 RPI)
            - Transfer Ryan Wedel (11.7 ppg) gives Drake hope despite Craig Stanley's wrist injury.

            9. Bradley (9-9, 4-4 MVC; 88 RPI)
            - Believe it or not, the once porous Braves' ???D' showed up last week, allowing 54 ppg.

            10. Evansville (6-12, 0-8 MVC; 271 RPI)
            - The Aces are last in the league in five stats, including free-throw percentage (68.2).

Not even worth the time to sign up for someone so inept or unknowledgeable about the game.

I think BU is better than drake, indiana state, missouri state, and southern illinois. I think we COULD be better than ISU and CU depending on how each of the 3 teams play on a given day. I'm being honest not biased. We beat drake, InSU and lost to MSU and SIU all during the period we were playing awful. I think we've redeemed both of those games (along with MSU coming back down to earth) we lost and I don't understand the justification for the other two.
