Near riots are breaking out near the football stadium at UT. Reported 1-3,000 students protesting and getting rowdy as result of Kiffin leaving. Twitter is hopping with tweets and a link to the Knoxville PD live scanner is below. The scanner feed is buffering a tad bit due to about 100 people listening...
