When your two best players don't show up that will happen. Great leadership by Sammy to even keep us in the game though! I liked the defense and at least it was a good game.
Good defense. A few times there were ridiculous turnovers though. It must've happened at least 3 times where we got a steal and the very first pass out was to a UNI player...ugh. Those cost us that game as well as the offensive foul with a minute left...that was pretty much the clincher.
Exceptional defensive effort. 20 turnovers killed them, along with a couple lame charging calls. BU outrebounded UNI. Great game by Sammy.
This team can't put a complete game together. Sam actually plays a good game for once and Chris Roberts plays well who has been struggling and Warren and Taylor Brown combine for 4 of 19 with 9 turnovers!
Those refs were brutal tonight. Didn't call one thing against UNI the whole night.
much improved defensive and rebounding effort. That was the best zone I have seen BU play.
Maniscalco played one of his best all-around games in quite some time.
Warren was absolutely awful...made some unbelievably dumb turnovers and forced poor shots all night long.
Brown was invisible...a total non-factor.
Simms-Edwards was another bright spot...he needs more minutes as he gets back up to speed...
Good defensively...but the offense was derailed by a steady stream of senseless, unforced turnovers...
Great defensive effort by the Braves. We almost knocked off the #26 team in the country (who were aided a bit by the refs) and just missed. This is a loss we can build on because we proved we can play good D against a good team.
I hope this team holds their heads high and are ready for revenge vs MSU on Saturday!
