It pays off to be Rick Pitino's Sports Info Director
It pays off to be Rick Pitino's Sports Info Director
Rick Pitino has had a few image problems this past year. Maybe that has something to do with the birthday present Pitino gave to the Louisville Sports Information Director- a new $50,000+ Lexus I535C convertible. http://community.foxsports.com/goodm...ack_resume_win
Although if it happened to me, I'd almost be thinking "thanks for the new insurance premium that uses more gas than my current car?" Although a Lexus would meet a practical -reliable, safe, good resale- consideration I'm not sure if I could afford it. Much better choice than, say, a Lambo that is not practical to use every day and then has a dead battery by the time a good Saturday weather pops up.. Would it be in bad taste to quickly go on a road trip with a gifted car, then sell it?
Then, as a partial car guy, I had to look up that model because it seemed different than the standard Lexus convention. It was kinda funny to see Google only show 2 websites with a Lexus I535C, the article and this bradleyfans.com post(Yes, Da Coach correctly quoted the article, not our fault). But Lexus does make an "IS 350C"
