    I really like Les and have been a big fan since he got here. However, the cracks in his coaching armor are really beginning to show. He's always had his challenges with X's and O's, system, etc. but now it's flowing over into motivation, leadership, accountability, etc. You have to wonder if we're slowly moving toward a scenario where he effectively loses the team and we see them shift into a "I'm getting mine, we aren't any good anyway" mentality.

    It's really too bad he couldn't have had a chance to be an asst. at a decent program for a few years under a seasoned head coach with a proven system he could have mastered and adapted once the Bradley opening after coach Mo became available. I really think he was given an opportunity before he was truly ready for it, and had the infrastructure around him to make it work a time being. But now that he is being counted on to lead every aspect of the program including game prep and management, it looks like he may be exposed.

      That is a big problem.
      Al B. as he was the one directly responsible for getting our last true center in P.O"bryant.
