I don't have a problem with that comment. Paying fans have a right to boo if that's the way they want to "support" their team at the games and the players have a right to feel like they need to do more "picking up" for themselves.

Game story from BradleyBraves.com
PEORIA, Ill. - Indiana State knocked down 16 3-pointers, but Bradley was an equally impressive 13-for-26 from beyond the arc and junior guard Sam Maniscalco (Chicago, Ill./St. Patrick) scored seven of his season-high 21 points in overtime to help the Braves to a 91-85 victory against the Sycamores at Carver Arena Wednesday. Junior guard Andrew Warren (Indianapolis, Ind./Brebeuf Jesuit Prep) added a career-best 26 points for Bradley.

The good news...a win.
We were very, very fortunate that Indy State lost Lathan to an injury early in the second half and that Kelly was out...Finally the injury thing swings in our favor...
Dismal second half efforts continue...I guess we'll just need to find a way to get up 30+ at half if we plan on having any comfortable wins at home...yikes!

Whew - just got home a couple minutes ago. Roads were dicey.
Glad the fellas pulled it out against some really hot shooting by Indy St. Way to go to CRob for finding a way to get in his first free throw (I think he was 0-5 before he finally sunk one).
I gotta also take my hat off to Indy St's 2nd half intensity. Seemed like they denied everything inside and contested everything on the outside... really pushing our shooters WAY OUT.
Wins a win. And you can't win the rest of the games without winning the first one on the schedule. 14 more to go (in conference play).

I would have much rather seen Lathan stay in the game late in the second half. He is their worst 3-point shooter, and we seem to defend players like him much better. By Lathan going out, Reed, Printy, and Carter all get major minutes down the stretch, and all they did was go 5-10, 5-9, and 3-5 from three to bring InSU back from the big deficit. There is no way Lathan or Kelly shoot like that.

And if TB said that on the postgame show, I don't blame him one bit. The object of going to a game is not only to watch, but to root the team on. Shame on these people who left early, or more importantly, the ones who consistantly tell the people in front of them to sit down! Amazing!
