I don't agree that it is due to coaching.
Did ISU lost at Ohio because of coaching? Have Creighton's losses this year been due to coaching?

Jim reorganized his lineup and player rotation, and Bradley went on to play their best basketball of the season, winning their next 5 games, including road games at Wichita State and Missouri State, and big home wins over SIU and undefeated ISU.
We won 5 games in a row after UWM...and then went 11-12 to finish the year from that point on...
Doesn't exactly sound like a banner year to me...but maybe I just expect too much.

WOW is right! I left at the half to attend a function and I came back excited to see by how much we won!
I have one question because I have no desire to check out the box score, why did JL pull MK out in the 1st half? He was on fire. Ok one more, did he play any quality minutes in the 2nd?
When a player is in a zone you should let him play himself out before you yank them, IMHO."Educate and inform the whole mass of the people...they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

Why does Les seem to bench the hot players for ten minutes (MK tonight) at a time when the rest of the team is having an off night? Shouldn't a coach play the percentages?
And I know this is a second question, but why did Les draw up a play at the end of the game to a poor shooting (for this game) TB instead of leaving him exposed and getting the ball to one of the hotter shooting players? I think it's things like that lead to some of the questions that our posters ask. What part of illegal don't you understand?

If we are going to talk about the last 9 years, Bradley hasn't played this way either. Note that Bradley's record is way better than ISU's over the last 9 years, they have almost the same number of wins as Creighton.
Also, ISU has not played in the NCAA since 1998, and neither of them has won an NCAA game since Jim Les has been coaching at Bradley. And needless to say, neither has played in the Sweet 16.
So if we are going to play the game where we find things about past years to complain about, I'll be happy to provide some of the successes of these past years, too. What part of illegal don't you understand?

#2 In almost 9 years, Jim Les has has 6 good weeks.
We went to N. IA and all of a sudden J.J. Tuai figured out how to shoot.
As a result teams had to start guarding him. This kept teams from doubling down and created more opportunities for the rest of the team mainly OB and Summerville.
2006 will soon be a distant memory. what remains is we have never finished higher that 4th in The Valley during JL's tenure!
#3. We just blew any chance of getting an at large bid. Teams in a conference with an SOS in the 20's and losses to Loyola an average Horizon league team, DO NOT get an at large bid.
#4. I thought our loss to a pretty decent W. Car. would be negated by a win at Iowa St. Forgeddaboutit.
#5. "More wins" Only because we have played in those alphabetic meaningless post season tournaments.
#6 Even you must be sick of playing at 2:30 on Friday.
My friend dubs Les , 2:30 Jimmy!
