Well this season is going to h-ll in a handbasket real quick.
I swear, has there been a program with more stress fractures? Is this a conditioning or training staff issue?
Anthony Parker
Phillip Gilbert
Brandyn Heemskerk
Andrew Warren
Dyricus Simms-Edwards
I'm sure Jake is excited to become part of the mix now...but it really stinks that he now loses that 5th year when he really could have been something special.
JE will give us a different look. I'd suspect now we'll see SM play more of the 1 and more minutes for EM.
No knock on Eastman from what I just said...
DSE gave us a look that we won't have with the other two PG's, mainly less dribbling, more ball movement, and someone who can actually get the ball inside...
So much for Jim's idea on getting Will more touches...
I would consider a DSE redshirt at this point. I wouldn't want this becoming chronic, nor would I want to bring him in and mess up any type of flow we've developed halfway through the conference season.
One other point- DSE had something similar in high school once as well- so with him, it's a recurrence.
I am surprised that with all the modern medicine available that something hasn't been uncovered that would lend support to a theory on why so many stress fractiures, etc...
???We all want Bradley to win. If our methods and visions for that are different, then so be it. Don't ever attempt to tell me I am not a fan!???

Dyricus has played in 8 games. The NCAA rule, isn't it, that he has to play in less than 30% of his games to be eligible for a redshirt?

tornado posted yesterday....
NCAA changed the rule for reshirting due to injury..
it now has to satisfy 3 criteria..
-medical issue ending the player's season (season ending injury or illness)
-must occur before the midpoint of the season (thus if it happens in the 2nd half of season - no redshirt)
-and player cannot have appeared in more than 30% of scheduled games.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

Agreed, especially since he's expected to miss anywhere from 6-10 conference games.
