Of the 11 unbeatens left, their SOS is 3rd worst at 134. Their eye-opener was the win at home over Tulsa. Tulsa had their eye-opening win at home over Oklahoma St by 21 points (but then they only beat Ohio U at home by 1). So was Okla St a HUGE in-state game - get up for the big State U? Was Ohio U a trap game? So what was Tulsa to Missouri St? The biggest home game on their non-conference - so they really got up for it?
Anyway - sorry to rant in a circle... I'm not sold yet on Missouri St. Playing at St Louis this Saturday will maybe give us a better barometer. Until then...
I've never understood this bracketology crap! Just win baby! That will take care of everything.
It's much too early to be talking bracketology. Things will change about 50 times before the end of the season. This is just Joe Lunardi and ESPN's way of keeping themselves occupied during the season. Still it's entertaining to read and debate, but there's not really that much value to this as there is so much fluidity to the season so to speak.
