        CU lost! 55 - 63

What does that say about their team?

Creighton's starters accounted for 4 total points -- 4 TOTAL POINTS!!!!

The great "P" had only 2 points in 18 minutes, 1 little assist and 4 turnovers.

          Wow! Creighton now 2-4

If the MVC is not for the taking it never will. It is still November and I expect to see UNI right its ship but CU is another matter.

Creighton, what in the world... You have to at least beat Iona.

I'm not sure if it's a typo, but their starters did score 35 of the 55 total points.

It must have been originally been put up wrong by ESPN. They have their scoreboard corrected now. They originally did not even show Kenny Lawson as a starter; he had 18 points.

Wow...any good that came the valley's way last night a lot of it definitely vanished with CU losing. Let's be realistic here CU WILL be one of the better teams in the valley and AT LEAST a top half team...this is a bad bad loss for the entire valley.

Man that's bad. Creighton is never an easy beat in Valley season but maybe they will be a little bit easier this year lol. UNI hasn't been blowing anyone out. Can't evaluate IL State and we just beat IL last night. The Valley is certainly up for grabs.

I did not see the CU game but it appears they are quite under sized this year and this is not the year to be playing small. CU will end up in the 4-5 game in St Louis. The top 4 teams this year in the MVC will be UNI, BU, ISU(red), MSU followed by CU and SIU. If we do not play with energy and consistency we could also fall down a peg but we have the horses though to contend!

The shockers have looked good so far. They could be in that mix too.

Oh, you've GOT to be kidding me!!!

I'll tell you what that says about their team. They're killing the Valley! That's what it says about their team!

Illinois State held on for a narrow win over St. Bonaventure. Osirtis Eldridge and freshman Jackie Carmichael are about the only 2 who had good games. Attendance was 5,112.
