when I saw the match ups earlier I was thinking having only 2 or 3 losses would be pretty good. Only 1 is just plain big...no other way to put it

I'm especially impressed with Drake's win over our previous CI.com opponent Austin Peay, and MSU's win over a strong Tulsa team! So not a bad day at all for the Valley outside of a weak effort by Evansville against Miami of Ohio.
