Blaming posters on this board for believing someone has NBA potential and then feeling let down is just flat out BS IMO.

First of all - I like AW's game and I believe he has talent. He had an injury that he is still coming back from. He may be all well with the injury - but he missed a lot of time away from the game. Some things take time.

But believe what you want. Don't allow yourself to be "duped" by posters on this board. You think differently on what kind of talent level one has - then state your opinion and why. Don't just point the finger that you were let down by a poster telling you something from their opinion.

BU down by 8 with 5 minujtes left, and have had 9 FT chances missed. 2 of them on front 1 and 1's for 4 chances and 5 other missed FT's.

Actually had a chance to cut it to 5, but WE makes two horrible plays and AW doesn't know where the out of bound line is.

And thats game, lost by about 12 points and had about 12 FT chances that were missed. Add in about 6 turnovers in last 5 minutes of game. Played better the last 13 minutes of the game but this was a team loss. Everyone played bad except for Taylor.

Can't correct all the deficiencies from this game, just have to sweep it under the rug and attempt to beat Utah tomorrow. Not like it really matters though, BU will have to win the Valley or the MVC tourney for a chance at the big dance now.

The only good things from this game:

TB has proven he can consistently be TB

hopefully Les has realized how talented SM is and that we need to run some offense where he dishes the ball but finds a way to get it back for 3 pt shots

            the announcer loved CR

T/O's and Ft's are killers.......must get more from CR-AW and SM or it will be a long season!

              Nice game by Taylor!

Great effort. Proud of the boys. OSU has some athletes and some men.

I'm fairly certain their average age is less than the bradley team. I think we were "the men" in this game.

Please....No more excuses. Open your eyes. The team played terribly and the coaching suffered as well. I am a huge fan but I refuse to kid myself

We lost to a good team.

We didn't do this or that, they did this or that... blah, blah, blah.

I am not happy about it.

But we lost to a good team.

If/when we lose to bad teams - I get really ticked off.

Hopefully Les can find ways to spring him for some open looks in the second half...because we are looking very inept offensively without getting anything from Andrew...
I was merely quoting some posters over the summer expressing how great AW was. I think he has the potential and I don't buy the 6-5 arguement..Kobe Bryant is 6-6 and I won't even bring up Ben Gordon.

AW needs to step up period. CR needs to step up period. This team is going nowhere if we only get 9 points TOTAL from them in a game.

Either of these teams are not that good. Face it...we don't have the talent or the coaching to compete at the national power house level. How many layups, FT's, and put-backs did we miss. WE's two turnovers when were were down 8 was terrible.

The only time this team plays at another level is when they are trying to not get embarrassed. Then they pick it up and start to come back but deep down you still know it's a mountain to climb and it's unlikely it'll happen. Then they get even closer and choke when it's crunch time. Maybe they should act like they are losing by 20 and about to get embarrassed every minute of every game, maybe then we'll show some top of the valley talent.

Same old story, get off to a lead and then substitute and break our run at the 1st 4 min. timeout, Maniscalco and McCain on floor at same time equals bigger defecits, McCain still struggling and continues to get too many minutes,(I thought players had to earn their minutes on the floor) we also left their 3 point shooters wide open so we could double down on the post, A. Warren needs to toughen up if he expects to play against the big boys. Poor fundamentals leads to bad games which in turn leads to losses, this team has potential but right now I wonder if we will see the players that perform the best on the court, Sam M. probably should not have played tonight because of his ankle injury, he appeared to be favoring it most of the night.
