Is there any information available yet about BU trip to Vegas for the LV Invitational next week regarding any organized BU Fan pre game/post game activities in Vegas? Does anyone know if there will be any?

Everyone that is going will know more following next Mondays informational gathering......we'll pass on what we find out.

There will be a pre-game party on-site at the Orleans Arena before the game each day, starting 1 1/2 hours before tipoff. That puts it at 3:30 local time on Friday. If you purchased tickets through the alumni office, you will receive them when you arrive for the party; if you arrive less than 15 minutes before tipoff, you will be able to pick them up at the will-call window.

If you have your ticket, but haven't signed up for the pre-game party, you can do so in advance by calling 1-800-952-8258. The cost is $15 / person / party.

If you purchased a flight on the BU charter planes, you will get your tickets in advance. All details for the flights will be explained this Monday at the reception for charter flight guests on campus.

Thanks so much for the info. I forgot to seach the forum before I fired off my question, my bad.

I'm out in Az and did all my own booking, so I'll try and call the phone number to see if I can get pregame party tix.

I want to give other posters going to the tournament a chance to chastise me, and, to find out I'm not so bad afterall

Ditto here, you flying or driving? I'm driving, dirt cheap flight but on the way back me and my friends are doing the Hoover Dam/Grand Canyon/ Flagstaff thing.

I'm driving from Surprise Az - I haven't had a chance to make this drive and I want to see the new awesome arch bridge under construction over the Colorado River which will replace the road over the top of the Hoover Dam...

I saw it under construction about 3 years ago during my last trip to Vegas. I have some cool pics of it, and will post a few if I can figure out how to do it on this forum.

DRU and I are coming in on the Friday charter flight. It would be a pleasure to meet both of you Arizona guys!

Yeah same here (me and my friends are engineers, so we're nerds like that), and I haven't done the Grand Canyon thing since I was really young. I'm sure I'll see you and many of the other posters there too - Hopefully celebrating the wins...
