That's Terre Haute for you...............7000+ showed up to watch the Sycamores beat Ball State............didn't work out that way & 3000 show up for the next game. Guess it didn't help that the Colts were on at the same time and the Sycamores/ORU was also on local tv?



Although as a point of interest, the Sycamores/Ball State game was on local tv and the Ball State tv network around the state.

I was thinking the same thing about the Colts, but at least that's a team that is winning their football games. We actually have people that would rather stay home and watch the Bears than show up for non-televised Bradley games!

3,102 - Wyoming @ Northern Iowa (smallest crowd this season for Northern Iowa)

It was a freezing rain storm last night in Iowa. Alot of people stayed home to watch it on tv, b/c of the icy conditions. Even walking up the walkway to the McLeod Center was difficult due to the ice. Highway 20 was deemed 'traffic inadvisable' (the main 4 lane highway that comes to CF from east/west). It really sucks that for two of the bigger non-conference home games of the season we have 14 inches of snow (against Iowa) and then a sweet ice storm (Wyoming) that was being billed as the next big winter snow storm. Hopefully, there won't be major storms coming through on game nights the rest of the year. This team is too fun to watch to stay at home.
