The BU women beat UIC Sunday 79-64
Bradley scored the first 11 points of the game and never looked back as the Braves cruised to a 79-64 victory over Illinois-Chicago Sunday in BU's home opener at Lorene Ramsey Gym. Junior Sonya Harris (Riverdale, Ill./Thornton) turned in her second straight double-double and also had five blocks and a career-high three assists to help power the Braves to the win.

Sonya Harris with a double-double and freshman Katie Yohn with a nice game. Michelle Lund returned to the lineup with 6 points in 10 minutes.

Good to hear that the ladies got a good bounce back win like the men did. I wanted to go to the game but never got a chance to get out there.
