Former BU target and Champaign Centennial graduate James Kinney has been suspended two games at Ohio University for playing in a SANCTIONED event without gaining proper permission from his school in paperwork form for the NCAA. The NCAA really needs to stop worrying about these small events and needs to focus on the real rule breakers.
