Are you kidding me? They are gonna try to police what verbally comes out of teenagers mouths. Along with what their parents or friends say. Or even AAU coaches.

This is only an issue because a couple BCS programs (must be) whining over this.
Where is the NCAA when written LOI are not respected by other programs/coaches and then get broken and the NCAA backs them up. (like in cases where a player backs out of a LOI to a non-BCS for a BCS)
