The title will be shared by these two guys...
Marcus Relphorde......
This article says he's been at 5 schools over the past 5 years, but going back to his high school days, he's actually been at 10 different schools!
I'm not talking just verballing to those schools, he's actually been at them and then transferred at each place!!!
The story says...he started at Homewood-Flossmoor, but it doesn't mention the mistake he made of then transferring to a school in Kentucky,
then when he found out he was not going to be eligible, he came back to H-F, then considered transferring to some school in Chicago and
there was talk of Whitney-Young or Simeon, but instead he chose Hales Fransciscan at first, then moved on to Boys to Men.
But he was only there a couple weeks and realized he was deep in the rotation and transferred to American Christian in Philly.
Then on to Saint Louis, then to Indian Hills, and now Colorado...
......so that's at least 9...but oddly, I think he even went to H-F from some other inner city Chicago school! So it may be 10 schools in the past 6-7 years
Here's the proof he was at Hales
The other guy is Manual Cass...who once verballed to Bradley then reneged and verballed to DePaul, then renged on that verbal also.
Manual...who now calls himself "Manny" was booted off the Carbondale HS team a few times and bounced around to a few prep schools (including Boys to Men),
then verballed to a few different colleges including UTEP and Kent State...and is now at Frank Phillips junior college.
Frankly...I am puzzled how a kid who was originally a Class of 2005-2006 kid can possibly still be in junior college, but Manny seems to have found a way!!
By my best estimate, if you count the schools Manny has been at PLUS the ones he's verballed to even if he never set foot on their campus, he's at about a dozen,
and still might end up at some four-year school next year but NCAA might quesiton his remaining eligibility!
