    They played in the same conference, the ESCC (East Suburban Catholic Conference). Sam played at St. Patrick's, and Turner (with Demetri McCamey) at St. Joseph's.

          Apparently John Wall is disinterested in Calipari's coaching ability and wants to stay in college for four years. He apparently might be coming to Bradley. His dad and Les go way back...

              Thats an interesting statement, BUT UK and OSU wouldn't meet til the championship if at all...

                I was going according to this ESPN bracket, they would meet in the Final Four in the Midwest vs. East semi
                but I cannot verify if it true...the two may meet in the title game...

                      I was not a big believer in this OSU team but the fact that they beat a hot Ga. Tech team shows me they are more than just Evan Turner (who, by the way, is being played as a PG by OSU ).

                          If there is one player this year that could will his team to a title it would be Turner. I just do not believe it will happen. Out of all the teams Syracuse looked the most impressive. They made Gonzaga look pedestrian.

                                Evan Turner is names the winner of the Wooden Award as the best college basketball player...completing the sweep of
                                ALL FIVE of the prestigious national Player of the Year awards.

                                Turner beat out John Wall in each of these awards...
                                -The Wooden Award
                                -The Naismith Award
                                -Associated Press Player of the Year
