here is my question... I listened to this unfold on the scanner, and have to wonder why it took so long for the students to get this text message? The suspect had been on campus for nearly an hour before we went into "lockdown". What is the point of lockdown if we give the bad guys an hour to mingle?Bradley Basketball...
