Another aspect of this committment is that this kid was part of yet another recruiting violation by DePaul head coach, Jerry Wainwright, but of course the NCAA simply looked the other way.

On a radio show in the Chicago area, Jerry Wainwright talked about this kid, and that DePaul wanted him and was recruiting him.
This, of course, is a clear NCAA violation, as you cannot comment on recruits until they enroll or sign a LOI.
Even posters on the DePaul board commented about the radio show and how they thought it was a violation for Wainwright to be openly recruiting the kid over the radio waves.
Of course Wainwright also broke rules when recruiting Manual Cass, but the NCAA has never acted on that one either.
Here is a link to a post on May 22, 2006 by a guy who also heard Wainwright talking about Poscic on his radio show.
Some have called the kid "the next Toni Kukoc".
