Good luck to DN....easy to say but a RS would have been a good idea for him. Still woulda been a crowded back court but we wouldn't have landed DSE either.

Its why, IMO, a RS is almost imperative for ONE of the two incoming freshman. I trust the coach and player(s) to make the correct decsion.

Darian was not happy at BU, not because of playing time, but because he wanted to play point guard. He didn't quite fit with Coach Les' style of point guard, so his transfer was beneficial for both sides.

I don't know if he is playing point guard at SLCC, but they don't really have any other true quality PGs, so he should get a lot time there.

Good luck to him. I liked him as a player and wish he would have stayed.

Some time things just don"t work out and Darian was one of those cases, he is a great person and should do well wherever he plays , it has gotten BU an extra recruit in this years freshman class (Edwards) so I think both parties will be satisfied in the long term.

Good for him! I hope he does well. He left BU and never bad mouthed the program like others. A class kid in my book all around.
