Can't wait to see AW back in action in just a few days!
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12
I though I once heard of a wacky proceedue out east (Japan?) where they would purposely break a leg, and set the bones far enough apart that they would eventually be longer, and so the short patient would be a little taller...
it is a surgical procedure that is generally only indicated to correct a situation where the legs are of uneven length..and/or severely "pigeon toed" or the opposite (occasionally called "duck toed") but it takes more than a year to recover from such a procedure, and the muscles don't work quite right for maybe even a couple years because they have to re-learn all their movement since the legs are subsequently different enough that a lot of therapy and time is required.
I know of such a patient who had that surgery and her recovery back to normal gait took two full years, and she was NOT an athlete
IF AW is 6'7" then I'm growing taller in my older age. I look him in the eye and I'm 6'4" ish....also like him I've bulked up tremendously in the off season.

I hate to disagree, but I am also a legitimate 6'4 WITHOUT shoes on (just got measured for a physical 3 months ago) and when I was next to AW a few weeks ago (with shoes on) he still had a solid 1/2" - 1" on me.

6'5? Sure.
6'7??? Only if Charles Barkley was 6'7.
I just had a physical also and my height wasn't what stood out to me following the entire ordeal.......
