Tyler Les walking on at Bradley??????? Not bad plan if your Jim Les... but there is no way possible he is ready for the valley.... What are others thoughts on this....

Brandon is listed as playing the point guard spot by some sites, but I have seen him play and I believe he will be a combo guard/scoring guard.
He will battle some other fine scoring guards for playing time...and it won't be easy....
here' a list of who he will compete against for playing time..
--Corey Hawkins, son of Hersey Hawkins, who is a prolific scorer averaging over 35 ppg and about to set the state's all time scoring record
--Arizona State's TOP two returning scorers are both wing players...
Rihards Kuksiks (6-6, 12.7 ppg), and Ty Abbott (6-3, 10.6 ppg)
--there are also two other scoring guards/combo guards who are presently getting good playing time and who will be among their top 5 returning scorers next falll ..Trent Lockett (6-5, 7.7 ppg) and Jamelle McMillan (6-3, 7.9 ppg used as backup PG - son of Nate McMillan)
then they also have Thompson, Walker, and Jackson...role players who combine for 6 ppg
Their PG Derek Glasser graduates and possibly McMillan will take over than spot...but four of the top 5 returning players plus their best incoming recruit will all battle for playing time at SG...

I saw that....he averages 2.9 assists per game in juco with several top scorers on the roster of a team that's 20-2
He also has an assist to turnover ration of barely over 1 (50/44),
(there are five guys who avg. over 10 ppg, and Brandon currently averages 10.2 ppg)
and in the 20 games he played at SIUE he had only 14 assists
I know you have seen him play....how do you see his shot at success as a PG in the Pac-10?

He was very highly sought after so coaches must have believed he could make an immediate impact. According to rivals, Oklahoma State and Nevada offered him as well and Illinois and Gonzaga were both interested.
No coach is going to offer a kid early if he wasn't sold on the fact that they'd be an immediate impact player, especially out of the juco ranks, when they could wait until the off season.
