I just checked out the USA Preseason issue....
I won't waste a lot of your time, but here's everything worth mentioning about it...
The good- it's a bit less expensive than the other issues, but then it's nowhere near as thorough and it's newsprint not glossy
the bad- there's so little on any and all non-BCS conferences, that it isn't even worth half the price they're asking..
the section on the Valley is less than one page total...
they have BU picked 6th but they do mention we return 5 of our top 6 scorers plus our top returning scorer from 2 years ago.
Not a single BU player gets a mention on any of the preseason teams, so who really cares about what they think...
My guess is that it sells very poorly, but it probably didn't cost them anything to put this together, it was really cheap.
