The NCAA is considering recruiting reforms-
--it amounts to checking on the hiring of recruits' families and coaches...
and the paying of AAU coaches and middle men (Worldwide Wes-types)..
and hiring by Pitino of a recruit's coach as his "personal assistant".

--it might also restrict the payment by coaches to recruiting gurus, event organizers, and others who later funnel recruits
even "guardians, handlers" would finally come under scrutiny...
this is just lip service from NCAA in response to widespread pressure that they've had for years to reign in this form of cheating.
