I had a chance to talk to Dodie this past weekend. He is looking forward to a great year. He says his hand, which was fractured in the Bracket Buster game at Loyola last year, is now 100% recovered. He told me he was shooting the ball as well as ever. Let's hope for a successful, injury-free year from DD and all the Braves!
BTW- Dodie's younger brother, Brandon, is now at Wabash Valley junior college.
Brandon spent time at Chattanooga and SIU-Edwardsville the last 2 years, but only used up 1 year of eligibility. He is already getting interest from a number of D1 schools. I notice one of his teammates at Wabash Valley is Brandon McGee, who was a highly rated forward from Chicago who went to Indiana, left when Tom Crean dismissed him (5/08 ), transferred to Auburn (7/08 ), but left after a very brief stay. Bradley was interested in McGee when he transferred from Indiana last year. He might still be a consideration for BU?
