    Oklahoma football player Mike Balogun had played on some teams that contained pros, but maintains he did not get paid and should be eligible.
    The NCAA has NOT cleared him to play and so he's suing not just for his eligibility but
    also....
    " more than $10,000 in damages, according to court documents."

    not sure if I like this...as it would be come chaos if every kid the NCAA fails to clear hauls them into court, but it is interesting..

    It has been upheld numerous times in courts that participation in college athletics is not a Constitutional right.

      99% of lawsuits do not involve disagreement over Constitutional rights, but instead disagreements over actions seen to violate local, state, and federal laws and statutes.
