Every aspect from the location, to the opponents, to the timing, HAS TO BE approved by NCAA in advance.

So, BU could have taken Theron Wilson, David Collins, and Brian Lavin....!!
if interested, here are some representative tours offered and the rough costs....
usually roughly about $2000-2800 per person.
