Does anyone know if they have upgraded or are planning to upgrade the video stream for the games this year?

Stay tuned for more news about video streaming coming down the pipe in the next few months. The news will answer all of your questions. All I can say now is that you should like the news.

Derek Oddo did indicate that they were upgrading the equipment in the PCC in order to provide a superior feed. Last year the problem was not the service provider that BU used but the outdated equipment that the initial feed was coming through."Educate and inform the whole mass of the people...they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

Slightly off-topic......I know this was supposed to be the year the PCC installed a new video/scoreboard. Last I heard, that idea got scrapped. Does anyone know if it's still in the plans for the very near future????People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

I just got an e mail from Derek Oddo and in the message he details how much
and how extensively he and many others associated with BU and with
communications are already planning and working on this.
That doesn't always guarantee everything will be perfect and make everyone
happy, but it shows the hard work, dedication, and concern they have to try to
have everything ready to go when the basketball (and even the soccer) season starts!

I just got the e-mail that my BUBraves.TV subscription will automatically renew within 30 days. I plan to renew it (even if it is below par) since it is currently my only link to BU Basketball.
Based on what you know tornado (and anyone else), should I let this renew or is there a different, seperate, and better option possibly coming?

I'm seriously thinking about not buying the video stream this season.
We were told last season that the stream would be better and it was worse from the season before.
I've watched hundreds of basketball, baseball and football games on TV. I don't need a video stream to visualize what is happening, radio works for me and is free. My TV crashed for the last time 4 years ago and I did not buy a new one! I've saved thousands of dollars, from not paying cable fees and buying a new one.
If they start charging for the radio broadcast from Bradley, then I'll just log into BradleyFans to see how the game is going and check out PJS in the morning.
Note - the Horizon League stream was free and 100% better Who's the better conference?
