ESPN's Dick Vitale's Preseason Top 40 teams-
Illinois at #10, a little overrated, IMO. I also think Kentucky at #2 is too high. They will be good, but with so many freshmen, I don't see all that talent coming together to reach #2.
No midmajors in the Top 20, but he does have Butler-23, Dayton-27, Gonzaga-34, Siena-35, Tulsa-37, and Xavier-38. Vitale has Memphis was down at #40.
