my daughter had an MRI last week, and I don't have any tremendous concern...so I guess that's up to the individual

I'm sure DR1 was speaking of the shoulder injury and not the MRI. Seems like we have a lot of players on the mend coming into this season.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

I don't know anything except the report in the Richmond Times. I assume that originated from Jake himself, who likely gave that reason why he was not able to fulfill his committment to play in the high school all star game.
I have talked to a couple people with more knowledge of what's happening on campus, and nobody has heard anything about this. Probably if it was a serious injury, we would have heard more.

From what I've "seen" and heard this is nothing serious with Jake. He'll be at full strength within 2-3 weeks.

Does anyone know which shoulder? There's a huge difference between it being his shooting shoulder or the other.
