    at the U19 World Championships in New Zealand, USA beats Greece 85-69 to go 4-0, and achieve a spot in the Elite Eight..
    next up Puerto Rico tomorrow.
    In the game, the US shot poorly, hitting only 6-21 from 3-pt, and Seth Curry going only 2-10.

    Puerto Rico barely edged France, 90-89, to meet the US, but in this game, Puerto Rico's Mike Rosario of Rutgers went off for 54 points!!
    He was 18-29 overall, and 8-16 from 3-pt, and 9-10 from the FT line.
    Rosario also had 7 rebs, 4 steals.


    Australia beat Kazakhstan 87-54, with the two Saint Louis recruits Ellis & Salecich getting 2 pts, and 6 pts respectively.

    USA U19 beats Puerto Rico 82-61 to advance to the Final Four and a game vs. Lithuania tomorrow.
    US Held Puerto Rico's Mike Rosario to 11 and Jio Fontan had 16.

    Canada beats Kazakhstan 108-70, ex-Decatur Christian PG Ty Nurse had 25 pts, 5 reb, 3 asst.

    Australia remains unbeaten with a 76-65 win over Argentina, the two SLU recruits combining for 21.

      Wednesday's games are already over...

      Team USA U19 has beaten Lithuania 76-69,
      every US player scored (11 on roster) but the US was badly outrebounded by the bigger Lithuanians 45-31 - Gordon Hayward helped with 8 rebounds, and Kansas' Tyshawn Taylor had a good game with 13 pts, but 6 right at the end to seal a very close win for the US.
      US now plays Canada in the quarter finals, Lithuania drops to the consolation round.
      Canada beat Argentina 67-57, and Australia also remains unbeaten.
