Lawrence Thomas signs with Southern Indiana

This probably won't be of interest to most of the posters on this site, but I live in Springfield, and have had the pleasure of watching Thomas play many times over the past 4 years. I'm happy to have another reason (Jamar Smith being the other) to follow Southern Indiana basketball next season.

Thomas is an outstanding player, but like a lot of the guards in Springfield and Peoria, he is a bit undersized to play Division 1 basketball.

I wonder if Paris Gulley will follow this move by signing with a GVLC team.

It could be of interest to Bradley fans, because Bradley has been following him for a couple years and liked him.

but like most of the other D1 coaches who saw him, his small stature worked against him.

Classes have now begun at all junior colleges, and yet I can find no evidence that Paris Gulley is enrolled anywhere, and even a review of all the kids who have signed NJCAA LOI's (even returning players are required to sign one) shows no Paris Gulley.

Does anyone know where he is? Possibly prep school or walking on somewhere?

Paris Gulley will be a teammate of John Wilkins at Southeastern Community College in Burlington, Iowa.
