Usualy, just by posting a web address, the board will automatically turn it into a hyperlink.
Also, when you post a message, just above the text-box are a few icons which allow for posting links, quotes, etc. Just click on the small icon that looks like small blue earth with a chain link under it, and a new box will open that allows for posting a hyperlink.
