but here's the amazing part...........they are still going to hand out $$ MEGA Millions in bonuses.

I'd want to see the details before I'd make a blanket comment on the bonus and incentive payments. There are plenty of jobs where you take a lot less base pay because of the incentives and if you hit your targets you should be compensated. I'm all for compensating employees that outperform their metrics. Bonuses for executives that are not tied into the financial health of an organization is a complete different ballgame.
