    I don't want to see AW running shooting or doing anything but be in a plastic bubble until at least September.... no more setbacks!!!

      I know what you are saying but in order for us to get to the level we need AW to do all that he can during the off-season to improve his game. The bubble treatment just will not do! I will say when he is tired towards the end of a scrimage and work-out he should then just do solo drills to help prevent any injuries. MOst injuries in basketball and most sports tend to happen towards the end of your work-out time when you are tired and not really thinking. I have heard numerous skiers say the blew out their knee on their last run of the day!

        Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but if you think about I'd say that when a skier blows out his knee the vast majority would not go on another run - so probably almost all of them occur on the last run of the day!

        That said I understand the point you were making and fatigue definitely plays a roll in making you more vulnerable to injury.
