since when does phoning only during legal periods ever concern the coaches at Indiana?

Is this a period when coaches can have contact with recruits via phone, mail, or anything? It says about 8 hours ago he almost side swiped a car while on the phone with a recruit haha.

I was thinking the same thing Bradleyguy... That is why I posted Crean's twitter site.
