Well deserved honor for a great player! I look forward to watching him for four years as a Bradley Brave!

Any reason why there are no Manual players? I'm guessing they are being classified as "Large School" players, as Manual was never included in the "Small School" rankings for the Journal Star during the season.

Congrats to JP-looking forward to having you @ as a BRAVE for the next 4 years and seeing your progress.

This 1st team might be as good as any in the small class as ever had.

Looks like JP will need to add some upper body strength before he can really help us out much....especially if it's at the 5.

yes....the PJS has included Manual among the larger schools.....their All-Area team will probably be in tomorrow's paper...

Speaking of Manual...they just got a little stronger...

the top player at Woodruff, and one of the top players in the state (rated Top 10 by most), Andrew Jordan, has left Woodruff and transferred to Manual.
He also has a few less than kind words about Woodruff..

I really hope there is zero interest in playing him at the 5 next year! We need him to play the 4 and hopefully WE, SS and AT can man the 5. The following year when JW comes in then we'll have some real options. He'll be a stronger and we'll be able to surround him with a bit of size when WE takes a rest. Here's a lineup that could play some meaningful minutes the following year.

                          EM/SM
                          AW
                          TB
                          JW
                          JP

I'm not going to expect much from AT... but I hope someone can light a fire and we get some minutes from him. Ideally, I would like to see:

                            @ the 5: SS for 25, AT for 15
                            @ the 4: WE for 22, JP for 12, MK for 6

...What I expect to really happen:

                            @ the 5: SS for 20, WE for 15, AT for 5
@ the 4: TB for 19, JP for 12, MK for 6, WE for 3
                            @ the 3: AW for 30, CR for 10
@ the 2: SM for 20, DD for 10, CR for 5, JE for 5
                            @ the 1: EM for 22, SM for 13, DD for 5

My sentiments exactly......JP will work hard and upper body strength will not be a problem....
