  • Keep Voting For Coach Jim Les - He wins first round & advances

Here's how to vote...let's help Coach Les Win!!

Collegeinsider.com....the same people who sponsored the post-season tournament Bradley just competed in,
    are running a "Fashionable Four" contest....essentially a best-dressed contest.

Jim Les has been named one of the top-64 best dressed coaches, so he is in the field...but he's also been in the field each of the past three seasons also, but was knocked out by by Tom Pecora in 2006, Bob McKillop in the first round in 2007, and then defeated last year (2008 ) by Andy Kennedy.
(in 2006, Jim Molinari was in the assistant coaches' bracket)

Here are the 2009 brackets - Jim Les is a #3 seed!

In the 2009 assistant coach bracket, Bradley's Alvin Brooks III is a 12 seed

BTW-- IN the Final Mid-Major top 25, Bradley finished just outside the Top 25, 5th in those also receiving votes. 3 MVC teams were ahead of BU.

Wow! Being a top 3 mid-major doesn't get you into the dance. I guess we have to set our sights at being top two.

Ok.... I've already voted a couple of times.
      Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

Keep voting...the first round is over and Jim Les advanced!!!
but now comes the hard part....can we beat Kansas again??

Here's the bracket...and Jim Les defeated Randy Peele of Winthrop and is now pitted against Bill Self of Kansas.....for a shot at the Sensational Sixteen

In the assistant coach's bracket...Bradley's Alvin Brooks III pulled off a HUGE upset...
and although he was a 12 seed.....he beat the 5 seed Jerome Tang of Baylor.
So keep voting for both Les & Brooks!!
