We all know he dominated those he played against during high school, but how effective was Prosser and his game during the AAU season? Did he hold his own against the best? Anyone know?

Jordan played for Indiana Elite, one of the best AAU programs in the country. At the junior levels, he was great, and drew a lot of big-school recruiting attention, including Indiana, Iowa, Purdue, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Louisville, Notre Dame, and Texas A&M.
As late as March, 2008, Jordan was ranked the #7 player in the state of Illinois for the class of 2009 (note that only 4 of the players ahead of him are still playing in Illinois).
Last spring and summer, he played very well, too, but did not get as much attention because playing with him on the Indiana Elite team were several other very good big kids (IU recruits Derek Elston and Bobby Copobianco, Louisville recruit Stephen Van Treese, and 5-star Duke recruit Mason Plumlee) that were rated a little higher and that cut into his playing time.
He played mostly the 5 position and usually was playing against much bigger opponents, so his scoring went down. There may also have been some minor injury problems last summer.

those AAU teams from the last couple summers were also guard heavy....
every time I saw a report, the top scorers were all the guards........except once in a while Prosser was among the scoring leaders.
When you have a bunch of guards looking to put the ball up, there's fewer opportunities for the big men...
