I was listening to the postgame tonight after getting in my car and noticed Coach Buescher was not there. Where was he? I did not hear Dave or Coach Stowell mention his whereabouts. Was he at the game and just had to leave as soon as it was over? I was just curious because I always enjoy hearing his perspective on things.

You're right. He was not on the broadcast. Not sure why.

Speaking of WMBD, I thought Snell and company were talking about next years schedule. Oklahoma State was mentioned. Was this a discussion about teams the MVC will play next year or Bradley?

Buesch is a huge Cubs' fan and had planned this trip way in advance thinking that surely Bradley wouldn't still be playing.

The OSU mention was the tourney in Utah, right? I know the Braves start with BYU on November 13th.

"Bradley play's Again!"

Amusing April Fool's prank played inside WMBD today.. (heard it on Markley and Luciano)

Shaun Newell created a fake news release (and had their sports marketing guy circulate it) in which the CIT and CBI decided to extend the tourney with a final championship between the 2 (I'm guessing a final 4?). Because of this new champtionship, Bradley will play again!

Shaun intended to mostly prank producer (of M&L and the Braves games) Hannah Shea because the Braves games mean more work with no (or little) extra pay. Hannah realized it was a joke, but Braves+ guy Dan DiOrio was beside himself when he saw the release! (I appreciate his good work for the Bradley pre-game. But I'm sure it is really hard working a late game when you have to be at work at like 4am)
