Attendance was 2,932.
Pretty paltry, considering ODU had been averaging 6,730 for their regular season attendance.
In the 3 CIT games they hosted, they drew 2,157 for The Citadel, 2,137 for Belmont, and now 2,932 for James Madison for a 3-game average of 2,408.
The 2,932 last night was in spite of playing one of their rivals, and fellow CAA conference foe James Madison.
Also, it is only a little over 200 miles from Harrisonburg, Virginia, where James Madison is located, to Norfolk, Virginia, where Old Dominion is located, so some of the fans in attendance might have been JMU fans.

I'd like to see a game changing block like the one from the SIU game - that was definitely Sportscenter worthy in my book.

These guys are big, we have definite matchup problems in the half-court, we may need to play more zone in order to stay out of foul trouble. Hopefully we can beat them down the court and get some easy baskets but in order to do that we need to rebound.
