FGCU president "close" to making an offer.....

???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

I wonder if this will hurt the candidate from IUPUI...
their recent academic data just released by NCAA was HORRIBLE...no matter how they try to spin it...

they weren't above the 10-20th percentile in any sport, and were bad in every sport!
they even received public notice in one sport and lost TWO basketball scholarships.

I think most of us had a fairly good feeling that this would be coming.

I expect FGCU to be very successful under his leadership.

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™
