  • Another boring NCAA Tournament

The drama is gone. Deserving mid-majors can't get a fair shake, and the favorites win every game. Well, the NCAA wanted this, I hope they like what they've got! All chalk, all the time!

I don't know, there have been some exciting games the first two rounds, and there are some great matchups set for the rest of the tourney. A few mids had upsets, and others had their chances.

I tried to watch only when mids were playing. Now the boycott of the NCAA tournament has officially begun for me. I have absolutely zero invested interest in this tournament. I don't support what the NCAA does so I won't support the tournament. I haven't watched a single game all the way through...I refuse to increase their ratings.

I disagree BB....it's been an exciting tourney so far with a multitude of great games. Hopefully it finishes that way.

Just because one or two deserving mids don't get in doesn't mean that the tourney is boring

Agreed lefty. I watched a ton of great games. I like mid-majors but they don't define whether a tournament or game has been good or not. Mizzou-Memphis was a great game. USC-Michigan State was entertaining.

          The best teams have advanced.

I think the tourney has been very entertaining this year, lots of good matchups. A little surpurised to see the big ten get 7 teams in and have 2 advance, but they have played well. Hate seeing Kansas win, no other disappointments...

There's been good games. That much I'll acknowledge.

If the ending to Tennessee-Oklahoma St would've been between, say, Tennessee and St Mary's instead, everyone would be raving so much more about the same. Admit it.

Still though, this year has been much less dramatic than previous years. We're getting a bunch of teases - a whole slew of games are going down to the wire, but one team always manages to pull ahead by two possessions near the end.

I see some pretty interesting matchups on the horizon.

Absolutely, though I would have liked to see the Missouri-Marquette game go the other way. Don't forget about Gonzaga-W. KY, Duke-Texas (despite how much I hate Duke), and Louisville-Siena.

I think it's been a really grreat tournament. Yeah, there's a lot of chalk, but it's going to mean some outstanding battles with just almost everyone left having a legitimate claim that they are national championship teams.

There have been some outstanding games, unfortunately the officiating in the last couple days has left much to be desired.
