might walk on at Illinois, kinda like Jeffrey Jordan, thus not costing Illinois a scholarship.

Walk-On Scholarships

Doesn't a walk-on count toward the ncaa max/ allowable scholarships even though it doesn't cost the school anything?

no---- Bradley has several walk ons, Ryan Phillips, Brian Lavin, Ned Goertzen, James Robertson...
and they sure don't count towards the scholarship limit of 13...
