  • Syracuse Going Into Overtime AGAIN

Simply incredible. They are up 4 over West Virginia with 2:30 left.

Syracuse wins in OT 74-69. WVU had a chance to tie it with 10 seconds left but the shot was blocked. I have always been somewhat indifferent about Syracuse, but tomorrow I will be rooting for them to pull off the upset and knock off Louisville for the Big East Championship.

Johnny Flynn is quite the player.

      As is Routens.

If they can finish it out I think this would qualify Syracuse for the greatest conference tournament win of all time. Devendorf was great and what can you say about Flynn. All he's done is play 112 out of 115 minutes within a 24 hour period and made an unbelievable amount of FT's. I'll be curious to see how Syracuse handles the Louisville press and how Louisville handles the Syracuse zone.

i just dont know how much syracuse has left in the tank. I expect Louisville to win by double digits and end up with a number one seed in the tourney.

You would think but I thought the same thing against WVU

Syracuse is playing some clutch ball this week and if they can control the tempo against Louisville they can win but if Louisville can speed up the pace then it will be a double digit win for them.

Higgens also has a pretty good young team and I expect a lot from them next year.

It's so hard for teams to slow it down against Louisville. You can't really prepare for that type of pressure and they have so much more depth than Syaracuse with really one and three quarters more games that they have played Louisville would have to have an off night to lose. And that is possible.
I think Pitino will have them ready

So do I but who do they kick out? I would bet on UCONN. Right now I see UNC and Pitt as the only locks for number 1. Louisville if they win their tourney would have to get the nod over UCONN. Now the argument has to be between Memphis, UCONN and if Duke wins the ACC tourney they will have to be in the discussion. I'd right now give Memphis the last 1 seed with UCONN the the number 1, 2 seed! This way you would be pairing UCONN against Memphis in the regional final. Also they willboth be playing out west most probably. SE goes to NC, NE Louisville, Midwest Pitt.

Louisville may be a one seed already but if they win they are for sure.

Louisville,UNC, Pitt, and Memphis....and if Louisville wins they may be number one overall
